This can take the form of advising Managers on the best route to support personnel development, to designing programmes to develop a specific group of employees for the future, to presenting at conferences on behalf of ABN AMROs international learning and development team. Derek does this from within the Development Centre, which has a global focus on making sure that ABN AMRO employees all have opportunities to learn, develop and grow with a top class employer. He has worked in Media, Retail and the Fashion industries, and has extensive experience in communications, change management as well as a learning and development.
